After this period, orders are considered final as materials and production
scheduling begin shortly after purchase.
Because many of our collections are made-to-order or produced in limited
runs, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations once production has
started.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days
